Our Simplicity smart lockers are always evolving to meet our clients’ ever-changing business needs, especially in the current climate. More so than ever, it’s important that our Simplicity smart lockers not only provide a secure place to store personal and corporate belonging that give management teams real-time usage data reports and analysis tools, but one that also helps protect users. Safer storage has never been more important. Our latest cleaning function will help keep your employees, clients, and visitors safer whilst visiting the office. It does so by minimising the risk of cross-contamination in communal areas and only locker surfaces.
Employers have already made policy changes to accommodate their workforces after coronavirus and to support not just their staff’s physical but also mental wellbeing. Our Simplicity smart lockers can help employees who are anxious about returning to the office with our latest COVID-19 features, one being a function around cleaning.
How Our Latest Cleaning Function Works:
A Simplicity locker is allocated to a member of staff, client or visitor. Alternatively, it’s booked directly by the user using our mobile app.
Once the user has finished using the locker, the locker is automatically blocked; the led light on the front of the locker door turns red and flashes
At the day’s end, the cleaning team uses a key card at the control panel. This enables them to identify lockers that have been used, that day. They’re then subsequently blocked.
The cleaning team can now access each locker that requires cleaning. They’re able to do this, both inside and out, ensuring that they’re safe and sanitised.
The Simplicity smart lockers are now safe and released back to the system for the next set of users
To help satisfy COVID-19 concerns in your workspace further, our Simplicity smart lockers can also be manufactured in several finishes that have antibacterial and antimicrobial surface properties. Other features that are now available with Simplicity smart lockers include a social distancing function, the ability to allocate and reserve lockers 2 metres apart and the ‘track and trace’ function…. Data around usage is recorded so that, in the event of a COVID related incidence, managements teams can pull a report to see who has used a locker at the same time, in same location and the user name to be able to implement track and trace policies.
